I found Curltopia after going to Miss. Jessie's website and looking at the Salons in Georgia. I narrowed it down by going to the websites of each of the salons and look at what the salon promised. Curltopia promised an appointment that would leave its client educated. Jay/Curltopia definitely delivered!!
