He was 5 minutes early, very unusual for contractors to show up at all. Had a pleasant conversation, he drew a quick sketch that was very appealing and gave me an estimate. The work was scheduled and they were very prompt . The yard looks fantastic , the final invoice was paid with a smile on my face.
