My cousin spent three days at this spa before the wedding. She brought all her bridesmaids in for services. I called in the AM because I woke up with a sick baby, They wouldn't allow me to cancel my appointment and wanted to charge me full fee. I will show up an have the message... I just think it is shaddy considering My cousin was responsible for over 1000.00 worth of service in three days. more
