this place is a joke the administrator lies,the employees are clueless they try to exploit elderly for money and this place is listed on bbb as a not for profit organization.how is it not for profit it is a lehman brother afilliate.they called me for a home health meeting on a fri. for my mom after she had a stroke and was there for physical therapy the case manager ""social worker""called me on a monday to tell me that my moms insurance quit paying on the 10th and this is the 15th.he didnt do his job properly if he would have they would know when the insurance stops.thats part of that job since he didnt they want her to pay for his mistake for 5 days at a total of $1600.00 asked mutiple times for documents that united health care made the mistake they have claimed to have them but never sent the right documents just e-mails among each other at cedars.the facility was suppose to look over her meds. and see about getting her off of some instead they give her 3 more and didnt give her lasiks (non water retention pills)properly her legs and feet looked like over inflated innertubes.had 3 diapers on when she came home and asked if we would please help her in a shower no shower for 4 weeks just sponge bath if even those and diaper rash from hell more like sores not just a rash .lost half of her clothes had her in a old wheelchair when she paid for a brand new one 6 weeks prior to discharge and then started arguing over who is going to look for her clothes and wheelchair this has to be the worst facility on the metro area.
