Ron from First Reflection came to my house and interviewed me to find out my likes and dislikes of my previous system. He also interviewed me about what I wished and wanted for my new system, and how I wanted it do work. Then he made certain suggestions, and talked to me further about the intricacies of the various components.
Ron went away and then came back with the proposal. We went over the proposal, and changed some things to tailor it to my liking. When he arrived to put it all together, he figured out all the pieces, and got it all working. I have not had any problems since then, and it has been very easy to use.
