If you like good customer service, this place is not for you. I?ve worked with them for more than two years now, and I?m finally seeing the light; it?s time to move on to a company that values its customers. A&A rarely returned my phone calls. They do not keep their files organized so forget getting any information on your account in a timely manner. They often can?t or will not make the effort to search for files either. They have no follow-up skills. So when they can?t get information you need, do not expect to hear back from them. They simply do not call back to let you know that they could not find the info you need. Your account statements will come out only intermittently, and there is not an online account option, so I hope you have time to keep calling these people. Forget trying to ask a supervisor for help; only about two people answer the phone, and generally, they act fairly ?put out? that they have to answer the phone. It?s sad. I like to support local, family-owned companies, but for something this important, I need a reliable company that does not add to the workload that I already have in life. I'd give it NO stars. Avoid this place!! By the way, note that there?s another place with a name that?s similar: A&A Termite ? it?s a different place altogether ? but different family members. I?m not sure how that company operates. Good luck.
