I was in a bind last summer with a bridesmaid gown I needed to have altered. I was traveling out of town for the wedding within days of receiving my dress which was too long for me. I took it to Quivira Tailor and the lady was very kind and accomodating. I was shocked that she agreed to hem the dress (which was silk and lined!) in just a day and that I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg. She made sure that the length was exactly where I needed it to be and the results were professional-the dress looked perfect and you couldn't even tell it had been altered. I highly recommend Quivira Tailor and plan to use them again!
