Appliance repair is a world of it's own! Not one I enjoy. After 2 hours on the phone with Maytag and another hour with a couple of other companies, Best service were friendly and quick and accommodating in scheduling an appointment. They showed up on time, and the technician was courteous friendly and knowledgable. He did go above and beyond to make sure he had ruled out any additional issues and fixed what he came to fix. It was a very pleasant experience, albeit expensive! But that goes with the appliance repair territory - I believe! They take 5 min to replace one plastic thingie and you are $200 poorer...but hey, my dishwasher AND dryer are now working. And I he didn't charge to fix my dryer - so I guess it averages out to $100 per appliance! In appliance repair world- that is a bargain! No complaints except for the expense!
