I would certainly recommend Priceline Hotels. The website - while not necessarily the most refined - has great functionality and offers a large selection of hotels. The prices seem in line with what I would expect, and I saw all major hotel brands - and local brands - represented fairly. The website didn't give me any reason to call customer service or complain about anything in particular. To conclude, I wouldn't hesitate to use Priceline again in the future for a hotel reservation.
