After having one bad experience after another with several unnamed body shops, I was fortunate enough to stumble across Sunset Auto Crafters on West Sunset Blvd. Being in a car accident is stressful enough and the last thing I needed was unnecessary stress. The staff at Sunset Auto Crafters made my experience as pleasant as possible, given the circumstances. They were informative and understanding as to what I was experiencing. When I called to ask questions, I wasn't placed on hold or told I would receive a call back. They were diligent and most helpful. Their customer service was superior. I was also pleasantly surprised to find my car looking even more incredible than it looked prior to the accident. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing experience with a body shop. A++ from me!
