I was expecting your typical Tex-Mex style food and was pleasantly surprised to find the menu to be quite different from my expectations.
Although some of the menu choices are the stereotypical Mexican usual such as enchiladas, burritos and quesadillas, there was also a large selection of not-so-standard Mexican food. Perhaps this is the ""flair"" referred to in part of the name!
The menu choices included salmon, lamb, mahi-mahi and baby back ribs.
You have to go to this place, it is out of the ordinary!
