I read these reviews, and they sound almost like the ones of thier units in Texas....now they are a new property, since 2009, however since then there has been high turn over....I am a single dad, who lost his job, but found a new job, i had told one manager that my rent was gonna be late, then the next thing i know i got an Evic notice...i went back to the office to find out the problem, and that manager was gone, she left no notes in my file....finally got an okay from the new manager....but then the next month i was told that no agreement was made since I didnt have it in writing....how is that? well, I am caught in between a rock and a hard place, ive been a model resident except for that one issue...plus we have one dumpster, and so there is trash all over the place all the time....
