Ok where do I start. I was thinking that replacing my system was something I needed to do so I called several guys out and decided to use Sawyers. Install went well then the problems began. The first time I used the system it didnt work. They came out the next day and then said it was working fine. It didnt work again so I had a friend that worked in the bay area for a hvac company swing by and take a look. He said they had forgot to release the freon in the unit as they are shipped with it inside the unit. So he opened it. I called Sawyers and told them what was wrong they had the gall to tell me that my warranty was void because I had some other company work on the unit. What a bunch of a** holes.
