I would have done my homework if I actually wanted repair work. I needed a simple part. They didn?t carry it at Lowes and suggested Saunders for it. Got the part, it was the wrong part. No refunds without a receipt (keep your receipts). Get another part, closer but no dice ? plus it was the whole assembly costing twice as much as before. Plus they said it would take over a week to do what I did with no training in 15 minutes with the right part. Don?t even use them as a part supplier.
