Our family hired Paul to replace mutiple shrubs on our property in Bucks County, PA. Having worked in the landscape industry, I had personally met with Paul prior to hiring him. I asked about his replacement policy which is a primary reason I would use any landscape service. Paul assured me he would replace any shrub if it died within a year of his crew's work. We paid Paul a lot of money because he planted over a dozen shrubs. They all died within 6 months despite being watered on a daily basis. Paul has avoided our calls and failed to honor his word.
