We moved to the area recently and need to find new doctors. I was in a car accident on Tuesday so I need to find one quickly. I had an appointment with New West and was running late because my daughter locked herself in the car at Whole Foods down the street. I arrived and asked if they would still see me. Kathleen May - the lady my appointment was with - agreed to still see me.
When she came in at 4:15 pm, she roughly told me she only had 10 min. and what did I want? She clearly did not want to see me--even though she agreed--and she kept insisting she only had 10 min, ""Do I want it or not?""
After going at it with her for a few minutes, I asked for my money back and a manager. It took 40 min. to speak with the manager.
It was 45 min. before 5 p.m. plenty of time for an appointment. If your office is open until 5 - you should expect to work until 5.
Horrible, horrible experience. I felt worse after leaving. If this is the type of people they hire, I do not want anything to do with the place.
