I am truly very sorry for the way you were treated at my office. We are usually very good when it comes to communicating and caring for patients. I will personally use your comments as a training tool at our staff meeting today so this never happens again. I would be happy to personally review your results and answer any questions honestly with you. And yes we encourage patients to share honest reviews about their experience and for that they are credited a small gift for taking the time to do it, regardless of what they say.
As far as our billing practice I would also invite you to sit with me and my billing manager and go over a line item review of your bill, if there are any discrepancies I will absolutely refund you or your insurance carrier. I use a highly reputable professional billing service that uses the insurance industry standards report to set my service fees. Over the last 10 years my fees have not changed more than 7%.
Your visit with our trainer is difficult to respond to without knowing who you are or what your notes for that visit reflect and again I am willing and very interested to hear exactly what happened. We do have a large staff and offer a wide range of services and this unfortunately means you may be waiting for the doctor or therapist or esthetician? and four or five other staff are waiting around that do not perform services that pertain to you.
I?m glad you are doing exercises on your own and I get from your review you were very frustrated with your care and for that I apologize. Here is my personal email if you would like to continue this discussion privately.
