LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The real highlight (and this is where no one can touch them) is the broth. You can tell this stuff has been going for a while: extraordinary depth and umami character.
This place is exceeded only by home cooking. If you don't want to spend a day in the kitchen, you can't do better than the soup at Pho Viet Restaurant. They do everything right here. The noodles have just enough snap and my bowl is always filled with high-quality beef. Great textures everywhere... they even blanch the mung bean sprouts!
The place is an absolute delight!
A must go to enjoy good Vietnamese food.
