Stay away from them. Went there with high hopes looking at reviews but ended up with a huge disappointment. Probably worst customer service I've ever experienced. Asked to bring the car between 7:00-7:30AM, got there at 7:15AM and apparently place doesn't open until 8:00AM. So drop the keys into key box and left. Asked coworker to drive me there so make sure they get all information they need from me got there about 8:05 signed papers and asked when can I pick it up he said it'll be ready between 5:30 and 6:00 I asked if it is possible they can finish it before he said it is possible give us a call around 4:00. I said I will but asked that if they are not done by 5:00 PM it is possible to pick it up next morning he said sure pick it up at 8:30. So gave them a call at 4:30 he said car is not ready and won't be ready until tomorrow 9:00AM because it was dropped off too late during the day (after 2PM). I told him it wasn't true he said that's what he sees on the paper work and there is nothing he can do (after hanging up on me twice). So apparently they are overwhelmed with groupon response and can't handle the volume they receive and trying easy wait out blaming customers. There are many friendly and cheaper places around the city so this place is definitely not in my list or anybody that I know anymore.
