Affordable Water originally installed my water softner when my house was built and has repaired the unit many times. When the repair man arrived today, he immediately told me that I needed many repairs that was not related to the problem. He said the cost would exceed $500. I felt as though he did not diagnose the problem in any way, but only wanted to sell me a new softner. I chose not to make the repairs, however, he charged me $67 for stopping by my house even though the dispatcher had already told me that he was working in my neighborhood today. This call did not meet my customer service expectations. Even though i have used Afordable Water for many years, I will look for an alternate service provider.
