I rented a car for 5 days. I made the reservation online and was quoted a price, printed off the email and when I return the car was charged double the price. They tell me that they don't know who on the 800 number made the reservation only the location it came from. The only guy at that location was so rude, didn't care and was very condescending. They had my Rapid Reservation info so they automatically charged it. Had to dispute it with my credit card which can take some time.
