As always outstanding. With all the traveling that I do, I have the oppertunity to visit many spas. I always find myself comparing them to BP. Louise you have raised the bar very high, leaving me often disappointed. There is a reason why I'm willing to drive from VA. My expectations are always met or exceeded. From Bonnie & Donna there to greet you when you walk in to everyone else saying hello! I'd like to name everyone in this surey, There isn't enough room....based on this visit I'd like to thank Louise, Tina & Nadine. You are all my "Spa" family. It's worth the trip!!!
