Total disaster! In October of 2010, I made an appointment for highlight and cut. After completing color, I was told there was a slight delay with stylist for cut. After an hour wait - I finally left without cut. Against my better judgement, I decided to give Paris Parker - Perkins Rowe a second change. On 4/29/11, I had an appointment for cut and highlight. After highlight, the colorist placed conditioner on my head and said there was a slight delay in stylist. I assumed 10-15 minutes as she was quite aware of previous incident. The colorist said she had to go and she left the salon. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, I went to the front desk to inquire about delay. The clerk said she was sorry and realized the scheduler made a mistake and she would place a note in my file so it would not happen again. I explained this was the second time it had happened and they were supposed to put a note in my file in October after the last incident. After paying for my highlight, I made it very clear my intention to never return. more
