Always greeted with a smile and an offer of coffee,tea, etc. Staff is extremely professional and friendly. But most of all I am very happy with my stylist Sandy. It took me almost 2 years living in Sarasota to find a great Salon and a talented stylist. She listens and asks questions to be sure she understands what you want. I will be around for a long time:)
