My friend and I knew right when we made the reservation that we the staff would not be that friendly. The receptionist booked our massages without asking whether we would like a male or female. When we asked, she said it was too late and that if we cancelled, we would be charged in full. While the facility was just ok (no hot tub or sauna), it was clean and extremely small. More than 1 person in the locker room doesn't quite work. When I was brought back for my massage, the lady never introduced herself. I had to ask her her name after I undressed and got on the table. I also have never ever had a massage that created more pain in my back and head than I recieved that day. Despite getting a coupon to come back, I gave it away. Not worth spending my time there again.
