My partner and I really enjoy a good cup of espresso. We've found this piace after we watched several U-Tube video on how to choose a good machine. Gail is WONDEFUL. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Very helpful. We weren't in the financial position to buy the machine we wanted cuz it was beyond our budget $7000+ with the grinder. But I'm saving up for it and when I do buy it...I'm getting it from Gail. I mean she spent 25+ minute just reviewing all the pros/cons of the different machine we looking at. I was impressed.
