I have worked with Piedmont Metro several times for various reasons and every time the technician comes out I am so appreciative for their patience in explaining the issues my unit has and what the best ways are to fix those issues. The technician comes out right away and has always been very polite and respectful of my home. I can't say enough great things about Piedmont Metro's customer service, which is top-of-the-line, in a world where customer service pretty much stinks most of the time.
