There are many items in small print you must meet prior to getting any repairs paid for. I was less then 40 miles from Dream Cars but my car was stalling out while driving into town. I took it another half mile to the toyota dealer for repairs as it would not have made it the additional 15 miles to Dream Cars. When Toyota called to get authorization from the extended warranty they did not even have my car registered with them. This is at least 30 days after purchasing the car. I ended up paying for the repairs myself and trying to get reimbursed. Insurance company says no way as it was not pre authorized. I am now out 500 dollars and have a real bad taste in my mouth regarding Dream Cars and the extended warranty program they sell.
TO the salesman was very high pressure and he and business would not let us leave when we could not agree on price for the purchase of a vehicle. We ultimatly caved and purchased a car we do like but felt almost like a prisoner to their process. Reuben the service manager is a good man and if they were not so far away, would probably use them for most of my service needs.
