About 6 weeks ago I had them replace my gas hot water heater and they arrived promplty and did the work for about $300 more than anyone else I later discovered. They were supposed to come back last Friday afternoon to finish the connection of the drain pan to the outside of the house. I waited at home but they never showed up and didn't call.
