We bought a used trailer. The salesman couldn't tell me good answers to my guestions. He said towing was included, but wasn't. When he showed me the trailer when I paid for it he didn't know how to use the awning and another salesman ended up showing me. He also said when they deliver they would give me a final showing on how everything works(we are first time buyers). They never did. I gave the salesman my cell# to call when they deliver it. He never gave them my cell # so they didn't call and I didn't know they delivered it. They also put it in my site. I told the salesman to keep it on top so the owner of the campground could put it in. Also had problems with the locks on it. Tumblers are old and need to be replaced($50). We dealt with the one in Clevland and had no problems with them. This one SUCKS.
