I've been going to Culver Automotive for a number of years now. I've taken my car to Dimitry for normal servicing, but also I had him fix my fender, and when there was tree sap starting to eat away at the paint, I took it in to him for that too. I like that I can call him up and over the phone tell him what the problem is and he'll let me know how long it's going to take and what it will cost. And then it usually takes less time and he charges me exactly what he told me, so he's reliable and honest. I think his prices are very fair and he doesn't low ball customers just to get them in the door and then raise the prices on them.
Dimitry knows what he's doing. I even took my car to him to fix a mess another shop had made and he was able to do it fairly and quickly for me. I appreciate that he always asks if I'll need a loner, even if it's for work that will be done that same day. Or he'll offer me a ride to and back from work, which not many shops will pick you up from work too. Service means a lot to him, I completely appreciate that. I have nothing but great things to say about Culver's. If you go there too, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about!
