I've read most of these reviews before I went to Shooters and must admit I was pretty nervous about what I would find. The reviews make claims of arrogance, rudeness, and poor customer service. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH!! When I got there I was a bit timid because of my lack of knowledge about firearms and that fact that I have experienced an atmosphere around the gun community of it being a "good ol'boys club." I came in to have new sights put on my S&W MP 45 and was greeted by Bill, a kind and generous man who made me feel very at easy. The interaction was professional at first but as we got to know each other it became more friendly. Every time I have been back the interactions become of those between friends and less of just a individual client. For all those who dont realize it, people are people and if you want a good experience dont come in with an ATTITUDE! People can tell if you have a poor attitude and will react to it.
