I had been taking my animals to this facility for years but when I entered with a serious situation with an animal, I was treated so rude and I found out why. There was a staff member with a personal problem with me and nothing to do about the animal. Jackie B. was talking about me and making serious gestures with her hands to another staff member about me. No one came to the counter to ask if I needed anything, they were rude and ignored me, I had to speak out loud to get anyone to help me. This staff member should keep her opinions professional when she is at work, she is very rude and when talking to owner about the situation, nothing was done. I have many friends that have since moved their animals to a different vet. All that needs to be said is (Keep your personal affairs at home and treat people with respect)
