My name is Amy B and I work at the Bridal Boutique. I am writing this in response to the below review by Stephanie S. I worked with Stephanie, she was referred by a friend that sends us so many wonderful brides. Unfortunately, I was not in the store when she came to pick up her gown. When a gown is ordered in a color other than our sample color it sometimes makes it a little difficult because the bride cannot see her dress until it arrives. I called Stephanie the following day to talk to her about it and let her know I was sorry she was upset and I would see if the manufactuer would exchange the dress. She told me she got it home and it was ok and "growing on her." I called the manufacturer of her dress and they told me that the bead work could not be changed and that it was the same beads that go on the sample that we have. I am very upset that she is not happy. I am also sad that she would write a horrible review when I did evrything in my power to help her. I feel like she just di
