I have rarely had such awful customer service as I experienced with this company. I made the mistake of having them repair our overhead door. When an issue came up and the opener didn't work the very next (Saturday) I called the emergency number and was told I should wait until Monday. On Monday when the call was returned I was told it couldn't be a problem and I was treated rudely. I ended up going calling another company to get the needed service. They responded immediately. Fortunately, there are choices in the Madison/McFarland area for getting servic on overhead doors. I won't make the same mistake again.
