I did my internet research first and came in with exactly the car I wanted to look at, so I can't really speak for their sales tactics. I can say, however, that I had the price from the website written down and it was lower than the price listed on the car by about $600. The salesman looked at my written price and said "That must be the internet price, I can honor that." Most shadier dealerships would have contested it or something, at least in my experience.\r
They were 4th of 5 dealerships I went to, so by comparison; They let me do a slightly longer test drive and on more open roads than the other dealerships I went to, though that may be due to their location. They were the only ones that didn't need to photocopy my diver's license first. They were about even with the guest service I got at the other shops, but I only went to shops that had good guest service reviews anyway.\r
