We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get a quote on a new primary sump pump and a backup pump. Ed Waterfall came to our home to give us a quote. He was very thorough with his explanations, up-front about the pricing options, and helpful with suggestions. We decided to hire BFP, and Ed came back for the installation. Again, he was professional, friendly, and obviously experienced. He showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. When he finished, he explained what he had done, showed me how the system works, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely hire Ed again should we need a plumber.
