Sales guy was really helpful and accommodating. I rented too small of a trailer initially, but he was able to ""swap"" me out for a larger size and even let me borrow his flat pin electrical adapter. In the future, it would be helpful to know that when a customer rents a trailer that the dimensions listed on the your website are actually external dimensions of the trailer and NOT the internal, where I was doing my measuring to see if my son's go kart would fit. A 54"" wide go kart, you'd think, should fit a 5' (60"") wide trailer.When you're at home doing your measuring, you tend to look at things from an issue of something fitting inside the item you are renting, but that's what happens when you ASS-U-ME and don't ASK! Maybe you do say it there somewhere, and I actually missed it. Anyway, it all worked out and it was overall a relatively, seamless, painless and good experience. Thanks, again!!
