You guys don't waste time and I actually believe you do all it takes to rent properties. It shows in how fast you rented my rental home last time.I think it took less than a month if I remember right. And when there was anything wrong (maintenance issues) , your company fixed it right away and even provided pictures of the yearly inspections. I was with another rental company years ago, and they could not compare to you. Shawn Collins is a great rental agent. Very professional and diligent with her work, and always stays in contact with her clients.
