My furnace was starting to shut down, so I called Flame Furnace Company Heating & Cooling and I spoke to Donna, their receptionist who sets up the appointments. She's really great! I asked for our technician, Doug, who had installed and maintained our furnace, and who we know is really good and a terrific person. Unfortunately, he wasn't available, but she was able to set me up with their serviceman Mark P. He arrived within two hours, which was nice because I didn't have to go days without heat during the cold weather.
Mark P. was very courteous. He was thorough with his examination and then he took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand what was going on. It turned out that some leaves from outside had gotten sucked into the exhaust of my furnace and had started shutting down from that. He recommended a nice service plan that Flame provides and offered to go ahead and do a total furnace inspection for me.
Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to the service appointment. I was even apprehensive knowing how these things can be, and especially with a new technician. But this turned out to be a really nice experience. The entire company is wonderful. From Donna to their technicians Doug and Mark P., but I'm sure that everyone else that works there meets those excellent customer service standards as well.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I appreciate them so much. They provide outstanding quality customer service. I wish every kind of company worked like this!
