The staff was professional from intake, throughout the repair period up to and including the delivery of my vehicle after the work was finished. I was very impressed by the constant communications from the rep handling my vehicle. He updated me at every stage of the repair process. I was also very impressed because the car was returned 3 days ahead of their original estimated completion date. \r

The best aspect of the service provided was the guarantee. The shop provided a written guarantee for all of the work they did on the car due to faulty workmanship for as long as I own the vehicle. Wow! The vehicle looks great and I am very pleased to have my car back. \r
