I hate to have to do this but really want to share with all of you. We really have the worst service from this rep, NORA POBLADOR. She's very rude and doesn't care what's goin on with our case. I'm pretty sad with the way she treats my family. We ended up got denied because of her slow work. ... We called the office and doesn't seem the manager even care or concern about our problem..
