I had a claim because someone stole the sideview mirrors from my Mercedes. They ordered the parts, and got them within 24 hours. I dropped off my car as scheduled 8AM, they took me home and called at 4PM saying the car was ready and offering me a ride back to the shop (which I declined because I live in the area). The work was done perfectly and they washed my car too!
