It is my understanding a lot has been done to change Coral Point . I just signed my second lease.
I moved into Coral Point and love it here so much. I do have a couple issues you can read below.
The maintenance people do an outstanding job.
You can see them outside working and they seem to care about their jobs, which is rare.
The grounds are beautiful, watered, well kept and a pleasure to look at. The garbage stations are excellent (except for the stray cats.)
The laundry rooms are perfect.
The exercise room is clean, there is no machine designed to really work the stomach. I am told they may get another piece of equipment.
The security guards at night are wonderful and always polite.
When I spoke with Shelly, (who is no longer here) I was very clear, I wanted a pool and hot tub, clean grounds and garbage pick up. I wanted to be near the pool and that took pets. Choosing a place to live via the internet is extremely hard to do.
This property makes me feel safe, clean grounds and a COLD pool. Their price was reasonable.
The biggest issue I have is fighting to keep the pool heater at a reasonable temperature. There are some of us that are not children anymore and can t handle cold water.
A couple weeks ago I asked for the water to be turned up about two degrees. It just had that chill in it. The answer is the company won t let us.
Last year I asked for the heat to be turned on in April or May . It was ice cold and yet 100* outside. The answer was the company won t let us. So for almost a month we could not swim. They must see that the pool was empty. No swimmers not even kids.
I called the main office in Phoenix and got no help there. So now I am writing to the New York office and every investor I can find in Google, which is quite a few. A lot of people ask me why there's no heat, I guess I am going to have to be the rabble rouser. it's not a job i relish. Any Moron can stick their hand in the water and know it's too cold. My criteria for moving in here was a HEATED pool for my arthritis.

They are charging me $40 a month for two 11 year old clean housecats.
I have rented in two countries, 5 states and NEVER been charged rent for my cats or dogs. There is always a pet deposit and that s it.
I find it appalling to be charged for my pets Month by Month. They are not people or roommates. It s literally a scam. A very expensive scam!
I do think a $50 rent hike in this economy was a kick in the teeth. I have also never had more than a $25 rent increase. It feels like all that matters in money. In this economy I would think a cooperation as large as Sentenil could make money and not screw the little guy doing so.
A $50 increase in rent is not proportionate at all.
