Brought 16 customers to the Sultan Cafe and left feeling very insulted: The humus was oiled with what tasted like lard (according to a seasoned meat and pork eater). The pita bread was half a portion of a whole pita and tasted like it had been used in a lab experiment ($8.00 for a flat saucer with a single layer of alleged humus). Could not finish it. The service was the worst part. So what is Sultan's agenda? Whatever it is, it has NOTHING to do with quality and EVERYTHING to do with ensuring that the 16 will never ever return.
