Been a customer here since it opened for all of our sporting purchases with football, baseball,golf, tennis, basketball and all associated equipment and clothing.
Had notated what appeared to be some improvement in their customer service level over the last few visits but completely wiped out after trying to obtain a special order item and delivery issue. Went to management level with limited help and no concern. Actually tried to make it as difficult as possible to try to obtain the item. Some day hopefully these larger companies will understand that customer care can make a difference. I intend to take all of our business elsewhere.
