What a disappointing food experience! I'm actually going to write a personal letter to the manager after I finish this review.\r
All of our food was flavorless. I could have done a better job in my kitchen. We headed for Happy Hour and stayed for dinner. \r
The shrimp cocktail was boring- just cold shrimp and cocktail sauce. \r
Spinach salad was the best thing i ate all night and was just so-so.\r
The tuna was served with a dry fig chutney that did not compliment the flavor of the tuna and the sausage was good, but looked like it was thrown on a plate and served with some unappetizing mustard.\r
I had the chicken: DRY, LAVORLESS and the garlic mash potatoes were cold.\r
My hubby had the steak: he said the quality was horrid, and it was drenched in some sort of sauce. \r
We were not impressed. The atmosphere and our fun bartender were the only great things. The food was a HUGE waste of money. We actually ended up eating again somewhere else because we hardly touch anything we ate.\r
Don't waste the money eating there. Head for the bar and order up the 1/2 price drinks, enjoy the atmosphere then head to McDonald's for a better meal than you'll get at the Whitney.\r
So disappointing!!!!!!!
