seriously, my first time calling i spoke with a male who sounded like he was a gangster. he tried accusing me of accusing the people that i bought a car from liars! he kept switching my words around and putting words in my mouth i finaly just hung up on him and hope never to have to speak to anyone from this company again!!!!
