Northwest Termite, and Bill, provides very good service. He has looked at quite a few jobs for us, and he has given excellent advice. Bill does not sell a job just to sell a job. He gives a good, honest appraisal of the situation.
Bill is knowledgeable with a very broad base of information. He has really studied and become an expert of the subject. He is very conscientious about using toxic chemicals only when absolutely necessary, and he doesn't sell unneeded products or services.
Bill is very straightforward and honest with the customer, and I appreciate that very much. He wants to treat the infestation, not automatically spray the entire house. I have been using Northwest Termite for well over 10 years, and the most important part of Bill's service is his knowledge and honesty.
