When we call for service or with questions concerning current or possible new services, the response is always friendly, polite, & knowledgeable. 'Also LOVE being able to understand the person helping me!! I've just heard too many terror stories about 'alternate' phone systems. Cbeyond has put ALL those stories to rest.
